Rival Quality Control Department
We focus on every production process, quality control, and recording the test data, so there will be no defects in the delivery of each order. Sampling is conducted every 3 hours, from production beginning, to the middle, and to the end to make sure we meet customer requirements 100%.

Elmendorf Tear Test
For general plastic films, the longitudinal and transverse properties are often different, so separate samples should be prepared for taking measurements applicable to the tearing resistance test of films and in the machine direction and cross direction.
Test Methods: ASTM D-1922 -
Tensile Strength Test
Under the action of pure tensile force, the ratio of the maximum load that the plastic film can bear (without breaking to the width of the stretched film) is divided into warp and weft tensile strength. Warp tensile strength is the tensile strength when stretched along the warp direction of the film. Weft tensile strength is the tensile strength when stretched along the weft direction of the film.
Test Methods: ASTM D-882 -
Dart Drop Impact Test
Impact strength is one of the important mechanical properties of materials. The impact performance test is used to measure the impact strength of materials under impact load in order to measure the toughness or resistance of polymer materials fracturing under high-speed impact conditions, also called impact toughness.
Test Methods: ASTM D-1709 -
Printing Ink Test
In order to ensure that the ink has a certain level of adhesion on the plastic film, the substrate must be surface treated before printing, usually temperature and humidity also important for printing.
